Experience Overview – Department of Defense Business Development Services: Secured multi-year, multi-million-dollar federal consulting, construction management, general administrative and medical staffing services contracts for four SBA 8(a) Business Development Program participants/companies and one Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
Department of Defense (DoD), Contract/Program Management and Oversight: Provided contract oversight and management for 15 DoD contracts/task orders, customers include United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), US Army Corps of Engineers, POD (USACE -POD), US Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG-HI), US Pacific Air Force Command (PACAF), Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH), Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific (NAVFAC PAC), NAVFAC Hawaii, NAVFAC Marianas and NAVFAC Far East. Contract management and oversight included developing QA/QM procedures and locating and retaining the services of qualified personnel.
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pacific Ocean Division: (Active Contract) Manages the day-to-day execution of task orders and administrative requirements awarded under a multi-year $45M Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction Management Services (CMS). Currently executing task orders for Construction Scheduler, Construction Manager, and Construction Site Inspector services on Oahu, Hawaii, and on Kosrae in the Federated States of Micronesia.
Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific (NAVFAC PAC):Managed a team of Contractor Performance Assessment Representatives (CPAREs) in the Republic of the Philippines that assess the quality of services (17 annexes) provided by a contractor that was awarded a $58M BOSS contract.
Pacific Air Force Command (PACAF), Office of the Command Surgeon: Provided Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) program compliance and oversight services for 9 Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) under the PACAF Surgeon’s cognizance. Contract activities included site visits to the MTFs and interaction with the Air Force Medical Operations Agency and TRICARE Management Activity.
INDO-US Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), 14th Annual Chiefs of Defense (CHOD) Conference: Provided conference coordination services for Commander USINDOPACOM’s premier theater security cooperation event. The conference was designed to bring together senior military leaders from nations in the Asia-Pacific region to meet and discuss mutual security challenges, improve mutual relationships and foster security cooperation. Conference coordination included venue selection, travel and lodging arrangements for more than 400 personnel, translation services, ground transportation services, agenda development, and securing guest speakers from China and India.
Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS), Honolulu, HI: Secured the services of internationally recognized experts on global terrorism to present lectures and lead discussions during the "Comprehensive Security Responses to Terrorism course." Provided adjunct professor services to present lectures and lead discussions on Shifting Geo-Political Dynamics and Regional Security Policy Overview from a U.S. Perspective. Adjunct professor services also included participation as a panel member during discussions on Implications of Deployment of Drone and Other Advanced Technologies.
Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific (NAVFAC PAC): Managed and executed 28 Temporary Labor Service Task Orders (TOs) encompassing the following labor categories: NEPA Specialist, Facility Engineers, GIS Specialist, Realty Specialist, Equipment Managers, Environmental Engineers, Work Order Clerks, HR Specialist, Security Specialist, and Biologist. NAVFAC Far East, NAVFAC Hawaii, and NAVFAC Marianas also utilized the contract vehicle to secure temporary labor services in their respective areas.
